About Graduate Student Online Application
Welcome to the Online WebPortal for New Student Application of Adventist University of the Philippines. This web application will help you in processing your application for admission as a new Graduate student of the University.
The first thing you have to do is read this instructions. When you are done reading click the button above with label 'SignUp an Account to Start the Application Process' if you have not signed up yet for an application account. If you do, click to purple button labeled 'Login to my Application Account' to start the Application Process.
If you are signing up for an account, please fillout the form correctly with the information needed. Take note that the email you will provide must be your permanent email address and is accessible because the system will send the verification email and other communication email regarding your application to the email address you will provide.
After signing up for an application account, check your email. There should be a verification email sent by the system which contains a link for you to validate and verify your account. Just click the button and wait for a few seconds. The system will send again an email to your email account that contains your application account information. You will use these information when you want to login to your application account later. After a few seconds, you must be redirected to the page where you will have to update your profile.
In that page, you will provide the necessary information needed for the Application Form by Records and Admissions Office and other forms needed for your application and admission process You must accomplish the Applicant`s Profile Information at one setting to avoid any inconvenience to your application process. Once you are done with your Applicant Profile Information, you will be redirected to Requirements Uploading Page. You must upload the photo of the documents needed for your application. The Records and Admissions Office will then review your uploaded documents and evaluate your application and upon initial approval, you will be able to view your Application Dashboard page. In that page, you will see the status of your application steps and the rest of the things you have to accomplish. Please prepare a photo of the following documents that must be uploaded inside your Application Account. Original documents must be submitted to the Records and Admissions Office when you personally come to Adventist University of the Philippines.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION: A. For all applicants 1. Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer and Photocopy of College/University 2. Transcript of Records (for evaluation purposes) 3. Two Letters of Recommendation from Employer/Professor/Minister/Parish Priest 4. NSO Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate (if married) 5. Payment of Application, Testing and ID fees (non-refundable) 6. Application for Housing (submit to the Students Services Center ) B. For Foreign Applicants (Foreign students are required to have Student Visa (9f)). In addition to the above requirements, applicants must submit the following for the Student Visa application: 7. College/University Diploma and Transcript of Records (must be authenticated by the Philippine Embassy / Foreign Service Post in the country of origin) 8. Notarized Affidavit of Support and Bank Statement/Certificate 9. Personal History Statement 10. Photocopy of Passport (Bio page) 11. Financial/Security Deposit (refundable) 12. Foreign Student's Pledge (notarized) 13. Police Clearance/NBI Clearance (authenticated) 14. Medical Health Exams Results (authenticated)
